In a beautiful atmosphere filled with emotions, socializing and sincere stories, we presented this unique project “Feel Good in Your Skin,” which includes our dermocosmetic lines of Eptaderm products as part of a comprehensive approach to skin care.

Through this project, we aim to bring a new, holistic approach to understanding the daily challenges faced by patients living with skin diseases, with an emphasis on multidisciplinary support and education.

The project brought together top experts in the fields of dermatology, nutrition, psychology and pharmacy with the goal of creating scientifically based educational brochures that will provide patients with concrete guidelines and support in daily treatment, psychological well-being, nutritional support and skin care for psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, acne and vitiligo. These materials are not just informational guides – they form the foundation for better education, prevention and the improvement of patients’ quality of life through a holistic and individualized approach.

The panel particularly emphasized the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of dermatological diseases, with experts discussing the latest scientific findings related to the connection between skin health, nutrition, the psychological state of patients and skin care. Especially emotional and significant was the testimony of Sara Golub, a patient who openly shared her experiences in the battle with psoriasis, highlighting the irreplaceable role of professional support.

In a full hall at the “Novinarski dom” in Zagreb, the panel was moderated by Dr Arijana Meštrović, MPharm, and a special role was played by the esteemed academic Mirna Šitum, a member of the Scientific Board of Pontus Pharma, who reflected on the very important aspects of psychodermatology and the interdisciplinary approach to patients, providing invaluable insights into disease treatment and working with patients based on her extensive experience.

Also participating were the authors of the brochures: Dr Darija Vranešić Bender, psychologist Narci Menix, Alena Tatarević, MPharm, Aisa Zanki Zelić, MPharm, Kristina Godanj, MPharm, and Olgica Velkovski, MPharm. The brochure was created with the contributions of our esteemed dermatologists: Dr Marija Kaštelan, Dr Neira Puizina, Dr Zrinka Bukvić Mokos, and Prim. Vedrana Bulat.

In addition to the representatives of the professional community and the media, the event was also supported by former Croatian water polo player Dubravko Šimenc, to whom we extend our gratitude.

A big thank you to all our experts, authors, participants and friends of the project who believe in this valuable initiative and support us in our efforts to change the perception of the treatment of dermatological diseases.
