Pontus’ annual Cycle meeting was held in Belgrade, and it stood out for its new organization by country and the strong message we sent together: as a team we are stronger than ever.
Along with excellent presentations of the results and plans of our teams that exceeded expectations, the new structure of Pontus Pharma was also presented in all our countries, which was a logical consequence after Mihael Furjan joined the company’s management, which he shares with Igor Haralović.
This year, for the first time, we also had a ceremonial award ceremony for the “Hero of the Year 2025” to the best employees of the year from all our countries. It was a moment of pride, gratitude and recognition for the effort that is often seen in the results, but even more so in everyday cooperation.
At the end of our meeting, we also received the valuable award “Best Employer”, third place in the small company category for 2025. This award clearly confirms the most important thing: our employees are satisfied, connected and focused on the same goal, as evidenced by the number of almost 60 employees to end this year with.
