Last week we held a Cycle Meeting in Čatež, Slovenia, a meeting that brought us together from all our countries and reminded us that our team’s greatest strength lies in unity. In addition to defining new guidelines and planning activities for the rest of the year, this meeting was an opportunity to connect, inspire each other, and further strengthen our team spirit.
We put a special emphasis on our Pontus values through workshops led by consultant Milica Malešević. Each participant had the opportunity to share an example from their daily work through which our values – dynamism, creativity, partnership, modernity, courage, and expertise – are lived and applied.

Founder and CEO Igor Haralović began by presenting the news, emphasizing the importance of our values in practice, and thanking the entire team for their hard work and thinking outside the box. On that occasion, he also introduced Mihael Furjan as a reinforcement to the Management Board and a new partner. Colleagues from sales and marketing presented this year’s results and announced new campaigns that will be brought to life by the end of the year. The meeting was an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences among the countries in which we operate, because each colleague has an impact with their knowledge and creativity. We concluded that the contribution of all of us is very visible and that we are on an excellent path towards achieving, and even surpassing, the planned annual goals.


We also introduced new brands in our portfolio, which will arrive at the end of this year and the beginning of next year. We are especially pleased to expand one of our key categories, gastroenterology, with two new products.
This Cycle Meeting was valuable to us because we gained new team members and gave existing individuals the opportunity for new roles and advancement. This confirms that at Pontus Pharma we nurture and support the best employees and their values that contribute to our common growth.
In just four years of existence, we have grown to 50 employees, which shows how quickly and dynamically we are progressing.
